A lovely afternoon at Forest school. Today we had to find the Gruffalo child, who had hidden in the forest. Some of us made Gruffalo mud faces on the trees and others made snake or fox crumble. We also enjoyed climbing and building dens as well as digging in the mud hole. Thank you for dressing the children in long sleeves and for making sure they all have wellies, it is so helpful. Please could children only wear lace up shoes if they are happy doing them up themselves.

We finished the afternoon trying some Gruffalo crumble with Gruffalo spot sprinkles ( apple sauce with optional chocolate sprinkles). I look forward to seeing them again next week
